Yes that's right this is an Administrative Update.....seems our Almighty President Bertrand is experimenting in other areas.....looks like he's going for the Princess Bertrand look!! HMMM, my daughter is dressing as a princess for halloween this year, and you know what, I think she has the exact same crown..
Sure does make him look purty though, don't it?
